Elite Material Handling, previously CE-DFW Warehouse Solutions, was founded in 1998 with its first office operating inside of a home in Keller, Texas. With only 1 customer and 1 technician, founder, Rene Verstraete, created the company based on the concept of providing a wide range of warehouse equipment services at a fair price, while concentrating on response time and customer service.
In April of 2007, Rene retired, leaving the business in the hands of Brian Hoffmann and Bobby Barr to continue providing the best possible customer service in the industry.
In 2012, CE-DFW relocated to Grapevine, Texas, now in a considerably larger facility with over 8,000 customers, 50 office employees, and 60 technicians.
In 2016, CE-DFW was acquired by The Miner Corporation, an OnPoint company. Soon after, CE-DFW opened its sister company, Miner Material Handling, in Houston, Texas. Previous CE-DFW Service Manager, Jim Evans, now leads the operations of the Houston branch.
In January of 2022, the 2 sister companies became 1 brand – Elite Material Handling. This rebrand will better align the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston branches and position the company for future growth in the material handling and forklift dealer market.
